Getting Acquainted with TIP

The Opening Window

When you start TIP, it will display its opening window:

Click on Learn about performance management (in the real TIP, not the picture above, of course). You will see three green boxes:

Click on any of these and you will find detailed information and instructions for developing job descriptions, creating an effective hiring process, and doing effective performance reviews. They are a mini-training course included in TIP.

The free demo version of TIP includes only the first few pages of each section. The complete library is included when you purchase the software.

You will also see links to the TIP User's Guide and TIP on the Web. You can click on either of these and examine in detail how to use TIP.
