Annual Service Agreement
The price of the annual service agreement is also scaled based on the
number of employees that you have. With the purchase of the annual
service agreement you will receive the following:
- Unlimited Technical Support (email or phone)
- Any and all new upgrades for the TIP Software
- Any and all new job descriptions that become available for your niche as
they become available
- Renewal of TIP Software License

Warning:
To be eligible for the latest upgrades you must
purchase the annual service agreement every year. If you skip a year and you
decide the following year you would like the latest upgrade you must buy back
the previous years annual service and licensing agreement in addition to the current years
service agreement.
To renew annual service agreement please send check for one of the amounts
above to JTB Communications, Inc., Attention TIP Service and Licensing Renewal, P.O. Box 378
Danielsville, GA 30633. Please be sure to include your companies name,
contact information, and contact person within your organization so that we may
keep our records current and up-to-date each year.
Technical support: Unlimited Technical support is free with the purchase of
the TIP Software for one year and the purchase of the annual service agreement.
If you choose not to purchase the annual service agreement email and phone
technical support is $100 per hour.
